Your Content: You retain ownership of all materials you provide. You grant us a license to use it for project delivery.
Our Work: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio.
Project Timelines: Estimated timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback or unforeseen circumstances.
Scope Changes: Most projects include specific revision rounds. Significant scope changes will be discussed before proceeding.
We provide our services "as is" and cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as exact search rankings, sales conversions, or follower growth. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date. We may terminate services if payment terms are violated or terminal breach occurs.
Use the site for lawful purposes. No unauthorized access attempts. Content reproduction requires permission. Respect all intellectual property rights.
These SMS Messaging Terms govern the Frostbyte Digital SMS Notifications program and apply in addition to the rest of these Terms of Service. By opting in to receive text messages from Frostbyte Digital or from a business operating the Frostbyte Receptionist platform, you agree to the terms below. Frostbyte Digital SMS Notifications.
Transactional and operational text messages related to the Frostbyte Receptionist platform, including missed-call follow-ups, appointment booking confirmations, appointment reminders, message-received acknowledgements, and account notifications.
Message frequency varies. Typically up to 5 messages per appointment transaction and fewer than 15 messages per month per customer.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined solely by your mobile carrier. Frostbyte Digital does not charge you for receiving SMS messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP to us, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
We also honor these opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT.

By (a) verbally agreeing during a call with a Frostbyte Receptionist-powered business, (b) checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, or (c) providing your number and consent during Frostbyte Digital account signup.
SMS service is available to recipients in the United States on major participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have your legal guardian's consent, to enroll in the SMS program.
We will not share, sell, or disclose your mobile number or opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
