For Alaska roofing companies

You already paid for the work you are losing.

Every quote you sent cost you the drive, the climb, the measure and an evening writing it up. That is spent whether anyone ever chases it or not. We build and run the layer that answers your phone, chases your quotes, and keeps the people who said not yet from forgetting you exist.

Eight questions, four minutes, and you see the result before we ask for an email.

Three things we are not going to argue about

01

A quote costs the same whether you chase it or not.

You drove out, got on the roof, measured it, priced it and wrote it up. All of that is spent. Then most of them get filed and never touched again, at full cost.

02

The first person who picks up usually gets the job.

A homeowner with water coming through a ceiling is calling three roofers. That is not a statistic we found somewhere. It is what you would do.

03

A missed call is a job handed to whoever answers next.

Not lost on price. Not lost on craftsmanship. Lost in ninety minutes on a Thursday evening while you were still on a roof.

We do not know how your winter works, whether you run snow, or where your leads come from. Those are questions we ask you. They are not things we tell you.

How it goes

Four stages

01

SCAN

$750, credited toward setup

We audit what is actually running. Your visibility, your site, what happens when a homeowner tries to reach you, and what happens to a quote after you send it. You get a findings document and a named gap list, yours whether or not you work with us.

It is paid on purpose. Free audits get collected, paid ones get read. There are somewhere around 150 roofing companies in this state and we would rather spend the hours on the ones who are serious.

02

INSTALL

one-time

The assets. A site built to convert rather than to look like a brochure, real service and location pages, a Google Business Profile done properly, and tracking that finally tells you where work comes from, including the calls.

03

OPERATE

monthly · this is the one that matters

The layer that runs after the assets exist. Every missed call gets a text back inside a minute, so the conversation stays yours. Quote follow-up that happens whether or not anybody remembers. Steady contact with the people who said not yet, so they still know your name when they are ready. Reporting you will actually read.

04

SCALE

monthly, added when you are ready

Content, campaigns, new service areas, referral programs. Only once the first two are running and lead volume is genuinely the thing holding you back. Buying more leads before that just means paying a premium for leads that leak out the same holes.

The honest part

We have not done this for a roofer yet.

You would find out anyway. There are maybe 150 roofing companies in Alaska and they talk to each other, so we would rather say it first. The closest thing we have is a seasonal Alaska contractor with the same phone-driven intake and the same problem of earning a year in a fraction of one.

Northern Snow Removal · Anchorage

4+ calls a day

Inbound, from the website, asking about plow jobs around Anchorage. Not followers. Not impressions. Calls from people who want work done, arriving without anyone chasing them.

So the first three roofing companies get the founding rate below, and the reason is the paragraph you just read. You would be taking a risk on us and we would rather price it that way than pretend the risk is not there.

Pricing

We publish it, because you would ask in the first five minutes anyway.

SCAN $750 credited toward setup
INSTALL $2,500 founding rate · 3 of 3 left then $8,500
OPERATE $3,000 per month
SCALE $5,000 per month, optional

The founding rate is for the first three roofing companies.

It exists because we have no roofing case study yet, and it goes to $8,500 after three. We would rather you hear that number from us now than from another contractor in eighteen months.

It applies when INSTALL and OPERATE go together.

Setup at that price only works because the system gets run afterward. A site on its own is $8,500. The founding rate also replaces the Scan credit rather than stacking on top of it.

Agreements run 12 months from signing.

Payment plan available on setup. No auto-renew you have to catch.

This fits if you are

  • Running crews in Alaska, roughly $1.5M or more
  • Already getting work from referrals and reputation
  • Losing quotes you never followed up on
  • Still running intake off your own phone

This does not fit if you are

  • Just starting and need leads before anything else
  • Looking for someone to run ads and nothing more
  • Unable to answer a call inside an hour on a working day
  • Wanting to hand it off entirely and never look at it

The things you are
already thinking

I get all my work from referrals.

Good, and that is the strongest position in this business. We are not going to tell you otherwise. The question is not whether referrals work. It is what happens to one that lands while you are on a roof, and whether the person who said next year is still there when next year comes. That is the part nothing is catching.

Marketing companies do not understand Alaska.

Most do not. A national agency puts a junior account manager on Anchorage and sells you the same template it sells Phoenix. We live here, there are two of us, and both our cell numbers are at the bottom of this page.

I paid an agency before and got a website and a report.

That is INSTALL, and it is about a third of the work. If you stop there you get exactly what you got last time. The part that changes anything is the part that runs every day afterward, and it is the part almost nobody sells because it is the part that is actual work.

Have you done this for other roofers?

No. The closest is Northern Snow Removal, a seasonal Alaska contractor whose website now brings in four or more calls a day. If you want to be the first roofer, we price it like it, and that is what the founding rate is.

What is it really going to cost?

Everything is on this page. $750 for the Scan, credited toward setup. $2,500 setup for the first three companies, $8,500 after that. $3,000 a month to run it. There is no number we are holding back for the second call.

What if it does not work?

Start with the Scan. The findings are yours either way, and afterward you will know more about your own numbers than you do right now, which is worth something even if you walk away from us.

Two operators in Anchorage. No sales team, no account managers, nobody handing you off once you sign. The people who build it are the people you talk to.

Start with two numbers.

How many quotes you sent last year that nobody ever chased, and how long a homeowner waits when a call comes in at 6:40 on a Thursday. Most owners have never counted either one. Those two numbers tell you what any of this is worth to you.
